1. What online services do we offer?
We offer click and collect or contactless delivery

2. How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed online via our website. You can select whether you would like click & collect or delivery.

3. What is the cut-off time for next day orders?
All next day orders must be placed by 6pm the night prior

5. Can I change my order?
If you wish to make a change to your order please either email us at or call us directly on 03 9379 3039. If you wish to add items to your order please place another order online & comment in the notes section to add on.

6. Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value for click & collect.
For delivery the minimum order value is $40

7. Where do we deliver to?
We currently delivery within a 5km radius of our store in Essendon North

8. What days do we offer delivery?
Our delivery service will be available 6 days a week Monday-Saturday 11am-3pm.

9. Is there a delivery fee?
No, Delivery is FREE.

10. What time will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered between 11am-3pm.

11. What happens if I’m not home when you deliver my order?
Deliveries will be left unattended by the front door. If you have specific delivery, instructions please include these in ‘detailed instructions’ section when placing your order.

12. Can I order chilled items for delivery?
Yes you can. We delivery in a refrigerated van.  Please not that your order will be delivered in a cardboard box/bags and we advise you not to leave out chilled items for a long period of time.

13. When do I pay for my order?
Payment will be taken for your order at the time you place it
